This is an opportunity for you to help us build MI from the ground up so don't miss out.
This is a meeting place for volunteers  to discuss site promotion ideas and issues. 

In "Team Insider" we will group those volunteering to moderate contests and promote Model Insider by dedicating 1-3 hours each day to recruiting and networking with new members.

What is "Team insider"? There are different tasks. Let's take a look at a few of them, but first how do we start?

Each day Team insider members will  at least once a week to sign in here or come in the chat room with a shout or hey howdy  then head out to the work site. The work site is spread out all over the Internet in places where models, photographers, and support people gather to network. Many MI members are also members of other sites so this is all good ground to begin building on.

Our goal is to build Model Insider from the ground up, in to one of the worlds best Internet modeling communities. To do this we must provide networking opportunities that are second to none. To be a strong and vibrant site we must be and have the look of a busy thriving community. How many of us have joined other sites that had the best of features and looked awesome but no one returned comments or tags and it felt like were talking to walls and no one was interested in our work? We've got memberships in several sites like this that we haven't visited in months. It's boring to feel like you’re in a place, no matter how beautiful it is, where there is nothing happening. Soooo....we are going to make sure that when potential members and new members arrive at MI, they feel at home and see the vibrance of a living community.

Below are the basic things that all Ti members should be doing?

1. Tag or PM new members to welcome them. Keep it short and friendly. Offer to help them set up.
2. View their work and comment the photos that you like. This is VERY important. Leaving comments and tags for both new members and veterans alike is a great way to keep the site active and fun.
3. Send them a pm to invite them to join our forums. Discussions, contests, critiques, and more, are            all to be found in our forums. We have the best forum features anywhere to be found.
4. Link members to our chat room. It can be fun, informative, and even a little naughty sometimes.
5. Voting in all the daily and weekly contests to show your support. [/b]

We've already touched upon what we can do outside our immediate community with invitations for non-members to come check us out. We do not spam, so please be careful not to do anything that will get you banned from other sites.

We may add to this list as we get more networking ideas.

I am happy to announce that Kim (PKM Images) has been chosen as Co-Director / Master of all things for Team Insider!!!! Yay! Kim was chosen because of his dedication and endless hours of hard work. I can’t think of anyone more suited for this position than him. I’m excited for Kim to bring his work ethic and fun attitude to the site. 3 cheers rah rah rah.
