Right place, Right time..
I don't know who the photographer is, but I do know that the photograph is rights-managed by CMG worldwide. http://www.cmgworldwide.com/
You can contact them to ask what royalty you owe for use of the picture (posting a link, rather than the picture, would not have been a rights violation). I'm sure at that time they will tell you who the photographer is.

Nope...this falls under the fair use doctrine which specifically states that all pix of Jayne Mansfield's righteous rack are exempt from copyright protection.
I can still remember to this day when I heard on the radio that she had been killed.
