What is your usual genre? Favorite genre?
My usual genre is actually portrait but my favorite genre is the wonderfully broad art.
How do you find models to work with?
I generally find models by word of mouth.
Do you do provide styling and makeup? Do you work with a preferred MUA?
It depends on what the theme or subject is. I've worked with lots of great MUAs, but my current favorite is Moonlight Makeup Artistry.
Where do you see yourself going in the next year, artistically and business wise?
I've made a nice home over at Zivity and want to expand and grow with them, but this year I see myself concentrating more on monochromatic images this year.
Do you shoot both in studio and on location and do you have a preference?
I currently shoot my studio work at Red Door Studios in Cincinnati but I love location work most because of the challenges involved.
Do you have your own studio? If not, do you find this a limitation?
I'm part of an art co-op but never had trouble when I didn't have a roof to hang my shingle.
Do you travel?
With the speed of a turtle, but yes.
Anything else you'd like to tell Model Insiders about yourself?
I'm at a point in my life where I'm starting to figure out the images I want to take but still love trying new things.
