Do you consider yourself: Pro, Semi Pro, Hobbyist, Amateur, Something Else?
I consider myself an hobbyist in that I have only worked with a couple of select photographers and I have no plans to make a career out of modeling. That being said, I truly enjoy modeling and helping to create unique and stunning images.
How did you find Model Insider and what do you like best about it?
I found Model Insider through my good friend Curtis Wood (who is an amazing photographer)! Model Insider is a great way to meet other photographers and models, but I must say my favorite aspect of the site is getting to look at all the wonderful photos.
What is your usual genre? Favorite genre?
My favorite genre is "outdoorsy" and more natural photographs. Yoga is a personal love, so I am always excited about shoots that allow me to use the flexibility & balance that yoga has provided me.
How do you find photographers to work with?
So far I have not had to look for photographers- they have come to me. Usually fine art photographers are a close knit bunch and seem to recommend their favorite models to their photographer friends.
Do you do your own styling and makeup? Do you work with a preferred MUA?
I do my own hair and makeup, but am always open to guidance.
Where do you see yourself going in the next year, artistically and business wise?
I would like to see the next year grant me with the opportunity to work with a few talented photographers and walk away from those shoots with some "wow factor" shots.
Do you shoot both in studio and on location and do you have a preference?
I have shot both in studio and on location and am open to both, however my preference is the great outdoors!
Do you travel?
I am open to travel for the right shoots.
Anything else you'd like to tell the Model Insiders about yourself?
I am an artist by nature. I love to sing, dance, write and practice yoga. Fine art photography of the female form is one of my favorite artistic mediums, so I always feel honored to be able to help create such images.
