I am an artist and photographer. I enjoy the challenge and excitement of trying to capture in a photo or drawing the "idea" that is in either my mind or the model's mind. Start with an idea. Have that much "planned". Then, once the shoot begins (it has to start with a seed idea), go with the flow. I've found that a comfortable session with good exchange between photographer and model leads to wonderful, unexpected, results.

I work very hard in every shoot to try and come up with some original, unique, ideas that will make the session fulfilling for both myself and the model. I try to plan the shoot such that both the model and I come away with pictures that will be treasures for our ports. I hold this philosophy whether I am paying the model, he/she is paying me, or we are doing it as a TF. We are working together to create something great; it is an engagement on both of our parts; we are equally putting in the time and effort- and we both deserve the rewards.

A note to out-of-state models: The next time you are travelling to New York, try visiting the upstate region. There are many, many photographers in our larger upstate cities such as Syracuse, Rochester, Binghamton, Ithaca and Buffalo.
