Although I remain mostly an action sports photographer and have been photographing local motorcycle and stock car racing for many years, I have moved more into glamour, commercial and traditional portraiture in more recent years and am always looking to update my portfolio and network with new models and artists alike if the concept is interesting and time allows. At this time I am incredibly selective about my TF shoots due to my schedule. If you have a unique idea that you think would be beneficial to both our portfolios, please feel free to contact me, I'd love to hear from you, just please review my portfolio as an interesting idea for many may not be "interesting" to me. I don't shoot fashion as a rule simply because it doesn't interest me and it is doubtful the results would benefit either of us. Some glamour, beauty and fine art - including photo manipulations - does interest me. The more creative the better.

I have been actively involved with the Halifax Photography Society, where I was a founding member and spent many years on the executive, and also spent several years on the executive of the Photographic Guild of Nova Scotia. I teach workshops on Photoshop, Lightroom and in partnership with several other local professionals a Glamour Modelling workshop and am presently involved in co-hosting an educational photography television show through local community TV. I've been published in a number of newspapers, magazines and web sites across Canada and the UK for my sports images and coverage of the Canada Games in 2011. Some highlights of my modelling publications include but are not limited to Maxim Online, Platinum Plus and Hot Bike Magazine. I've had my motorsports photography published in numerous newspapers as well as Inside Motorsports magazine in Canada and am the full time official photographer for the Maritime Pro Stock Tour racing series in Atlantic Canada and the official track photographer for Scotia Speedworld in Halifax, NS.

I've won several ribbons and awards from the Photographic Society of America in the Photojournalism and Altered Reality (Creative) categories. I've won the Photo Guild's "New Photographer of the Year" in 2009 and "Top Portrait Photographer" two years running and recently received an international writing award for "Best Written Article (International)" from the Photographic Society of America.
